The scrip opened at Rs 269.90 and went to a high of Rs 297.90 and a low of Rs 269.30 during intra-day trades. A total of 7,275,033 shares of Cairn India changed hands at BSE.
Cairn India is involved in exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas. The company has outperformed the Sensex by rising 26.14 per cent in last quarter while the Sensex declined by 1.27 per cent.
