Mukesh works as area manager with an electronics manufacturing firm in Mumbai, while his wife is an IT engineer. They live in their 2-BHK house, which they purchased five years ago. Mukesh knows the importance of savings and this helped him accumulate the required down payment for his self-occupied flat.
