Cash transactions will be scrutinised by law enforcement agencies: FMC

Says decision taken to stop trade abuse

Commodity markets regulator Forward Markets Commission has said all cash transactions in the futures market will be looked into by the Income Tax and other law enforcement agencies.

It said it had taken the decision after consulting with national exchanges to stop any trade abuse.
