Centrum Capital declares bonus, stock split

Company plans to divide one share of face value Rs 10 each into 10 shares of Rs 1 each

Mumbai-based investment banking firm Centrum Capital has declared stock split and bonus, the record date for which has been fixed as July 4, 2013.

The company plans to divide one share of face value Rs 10 each into ten shares of Rs 1 each. It will also issue bonus shares to shareholders in the ration five to one, five shares for every one share held in the company.

Shares of the company were last trading at Rs 1,169, up 4.4 per cent on BSE.

Centrum Capital's stock is up nearly 40 per cent from its one-year low of Rs 850 touched last year.
