Chana prices fell by Rs 6 or 0.28 per cent at Rs 2,148 per quintal in futures trade today on sluggish demand against increased arrivals in the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, chana for current-month May contract fell Rs 6, or 0.28 per cent to Rs 2,148 per quintal, with a trading volume of four lots. It fell by Rs seven in the previous session.
Chana for June delivery also declined by Rs five or 0.23 per cent to Rs 2,181 per quintal, with a business volume of 15 lots.
