India-centric venture capital fund ChrysCapital today announced a $5 million investment in Nasdaq-listed TechTeam Global.
As a part of the investment, TechTeam has issued 689,656 shares of series A convertible preferred stock at a price of $7.25 per share to ChrysCapital.
