The Nifty is trading 57 points lower at 4443.
Ranbaxy has gained 5.4% to Rs 526, Bhel has advanced 3.3% to Rs 1,374. Cipla is up 2.4% at Rs 206.
Reliance Industries has gained 2.3% to Rs 2,163. Tata Motors is up 2.1% to Rs 517. L&T, Hindalco, ACC, Maruti, M&M, Jaiprakash Associates and Ambuja Cements are the other gainers.
HDFC Bank has declined 5% at Rs 1,183. HDFC is down 4.8% to Rs 2,206. TCS has lost 3.8% at Rs 915. Infosys has declined 3.6% to Rs 1,904. ITC is down 3.3% to Rs 207.
Satyam is down 3.1% to Rs 491. ONGC, Wipro, NTPC, ICICI Bank, Bharti, Tata Steel, Reliance Communications, DLF, Grasim and SBI are the other losers.
