Clariant Chemicals (India) has soared 10% to Rs 727 after the company said it has sold about 87 acres land located in Thane, near Mumbai to Lodha Developers for a total consideration of Rs 1,154 crore.
The company has entered into an agreement to sell its land located in Kolshet, Thane aggregating to about 87 acres to Ishwer Realty and Technologies Private Limited (a subsidiary of Lodha Developers Private Limited) for an aggregate consideration of Rs 1,154.25 crore, Clariant Chemicals said in a statement.
The stock opened at Rs 669 and touched a 52-week high of Rs 744 on the NSE. A combined 271,000 shares changed hands on the counter till noon deals on the NSE and BSE.
