CORIANDER
Coriander prices at the Kota market are trading at Rs 7,716 per quintal. Prices are expected to trade lower, towards Rs 7,600 in the following week, tracking expected liquidation by farmers coupled with cheaper imports from the Black Sea region.
MUSTARD SEED
Mustard seed prices at the Jaipur spot markets are trading at Rs 4,925 a quintal. Due to slowdown in demand for mustard seed products and negative crush margins, seed demand from processors has slowed. Also, the mustard seed premium to soybeans is at an all-time high of 30 per cent. Hence, mustard seed prices are expected to trade lower, towards Rs 4,850 in the week ahead.
