Copper moves down 0.5% on profit-bookings

Prices fell as speculators indulged in profit bookings, driven by a fall in spot market demand

Copper futures for February declined by Rs 2.85, or 0.52% to Rs 426.80 per kg in 43,048 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the April contract shed Rs 1.90, or 0.44% to Rs 433.40 per kg in 7366 lots.
