Copra rises on fresh buying New Delhi

Copra prices rose by Rs 50 per quintal on the wholesale dry fruits market today on fresh buying by stockists.  

Elsewhere, other dry fruits continued to trade in a narrow range on restricted trading activities and settled around previous levels.

Traders said fresh buying by stockists to meet the coming festive demand mainly led to the rise in copra prices. 

Copra prices rose by Rs 50 to Rs 7,950-8,050 per quintal.
