Crude palm oil traded marginally higher by Rs 1.30 to Rs 430.20 per 10 kg in futures market today in tandem with a firming trend at spot markets.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange platform, crude palm oil for October-month delivery gained Rs 1.30, or 0.30 per cent, to Rs 430.20 per 10 kg, with a business turnover of two lots.

Similarly, the oil for delivery in November month too traded higher by Rs 0.90, or 0.21 per cent, to Rs 431 per 10 kg, clocked a business turnover of two lots.

Analysts said firming trend at the spot markets on the back of rising demand on account of festive and marriage season, influenced the crude palm oil prices at futures market.
