The share price of D-Link jumped 561 per cent to Rs 64.05 after its shareholders approved a buyback proposal with an outlay of Rs 16 crore at a maximum price of Rs 80 per share. The stock of the networking company registered volumes of around 80,890 shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange and 2.09 lakh shares on the National Stock Exchange.
