Shares of Deepak Fertilisers were up over 2% at Rs 151 after the company sold over 12% stake in Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers through the secondary market.
Deepak Fertilisers sold just over 14 million shares of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers through bulk deals on both the stock exchanges.
The company sold just over 8 million shares of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers on the Bombay Stock Exchange and over 6 million shares on the National Stock Exchange, bulk deal data showed.
The stock opened at 151 and touched a high of Rs 154 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. At 10:10AM, over 22,000 shares were traded on the BSE.
