 Dealers said that the reason for the bullishness in the stock was the cement despatches during September had risen more than 13 per cent to 1.25 million tonnes.

 The cumulative production and despatches figures for April-September 2003 were at 7.521 million tonnes and 7.522 million tonnes, respectively.
