The Sensex is trading 53 points lower at 14,429. The Nifty is trading 7 points lower at 4,331.
DLF has plunged 3.2% to Rs 482. ICICI Bank and Reliance Infrastrustructure have slipped 1.7% each to Rs 655 and Rs 985, respectively.
BHEL and Tata Power have lost 1.5% each at Rs 1,696 and Rs 1,013, respectively.
HDFC Bank has shed 1.4% to Rs 1,238. Reliance and Reliance Communications are down around 1% each to Rs 2,157 and Rs 403, respectively.
SBI, TCS and ITC are the other major losers.
Jaiprakash Associates has gained 1.7% to Rs 159. Infosys has advanced 1.1% to Rs 1,716.
Tata Steel and Hindalco have moved up 1% each to Rs 583 and Rs 137, respectively.
Sterlite Industries and Wipro are up 0.7% each at Rs 619 and Rs 431, respectively.
Out of 2,575 stocks traded so far, 1,271 have declined, 1,188 have advanced and 116 are unchanged.
