The Wall Street dropped on Thursday on economic worries. The Dow Industrial Average index plunged 348 points to 10,483. The Nasdaq shed 93 points at 1,977.
The Indian ADRs, too, ended in red. Sterlite slumped 7.3% to $8.21. Infosys tumbled 5.6% to $30.58, and Wipro shed 4% at $8.93. Genpact, Saatyam, Patni Computers, MTNL, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's were down 2-4% each. However, ICICI Bank advanced over 2% to $24.50, and Tata Communications added 1% to $21.14.
