US stocks tumbled for the fourth day on Friday on concerns that the White House effort to boost the economy may not prevent a recession.

While the Dow declined 60 points (0.49%) to 12,099, the Nasdaq Composite was down marginally (seven points) at 2,340.

Indian ADRs, however, finished on a mixed note. Satyam zoomed nearly 5% to $22.57. HDFC Bank was up over 1% at $118.62. Infosys, Wipro, Tata Motors and ICICI Bank declined.
