Dow gains 36pts, ICICI Bk zooms 7%

US stocks shed gains logged in earlier in the day, and the major Wall Street indices finished on a mixed note yesterday.

While the Dow gained 36 points to 11,145, the Nasdaq Composite was down three points at 2,337.

Indian ADRs largely finished with gains. ICICI Bank zoomed 7.6% to $29.79. Tata Motors advanced over 3% to $21.50. Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, Dr. Reddy's and HDFC Bank also moved up yesterday.
