Dow slips 26pts; ADRs end mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average was down 26 points at 13,207. The Nasdaq moved up five points to 2601.

Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. VSNL zoomed 21.7% to $36.35. MTNL soared 3.7% to $9.33, and Genpact added 1.5% to $14.26. Dr.Reddy's shed 2.5% at $17.45. Tata Motors and Sterlite slipped 2.3% each to $17.37 and $23.61, respectively. HDFC Bank declined 1.8% to $123.17.
