The Nifty September futures is trading at a premium of 22 points at 4,466 as against the spot Nifty which is down 38 points at 4,444. The counter has seen trades of around 1.53 lakh contracts and the open interest (OI) has increased by 15.11 lakh shares to 3.27 crore shares.
CALL ACTION
The Nifty September 4,500 and 4,600 calls are the most actively trades counters with trades of around 54,100 and 30,800, contracts, respectively. The 4,500 call open interest has increased by 2.52 lakh shares to 37.18 lakh shares, and the open interest in 4,600 call has risen by 9.50 lakh shares to 37.85 lakh shares.
The Nifty 4,400 and 4,700 calls have seen trades of around 19,000 and 16,400, contracts, respectively. The 4,400 call open interest has increased by 4,500 shares to 30.70 lakh shares, and the open interest in 4,700 call has moved up 3.84 lakh shares to nearly 21 lakh shares.
The Nifty 4,800 call has seen trades of around 5,900 contracts, and the open interest has increased by 2.72 lakh shares to 17.69 lakh shares.
PUT ACTION
The Nifty 4,400 put is the most actively traded counter with trades of around 30,500 contracts, and the open interest has increased by 9.96 lakh shares to over 29.96 lakh shares.
The Nifty September 4,300 and 4,200 puts have seen trades of around 26,300 and 15,000, contracts, respectively. The 4,300 put open interest has increased by 1.85 lakh shares to 47.10 lakh shares, and 4,200 put open interest has declined by 13,000 shares to 49.18 lakh shares.
The Nifty 4,500 and 4,100 puts have seen trades of around 10,600 and 6,000, contracts, respectively. The 4,500 put open interest has increased by 5.80 lakh shares to 15.62 lakh shares, and 4,100 put open interest has moved up by 3,450 shares to 18.50 lakh shares.
