Smartinvestor : Markets have been lacklustre with no specific trend emerging. How are you approaching trades today?

Navneet Daga : Well we continue to belive that markets would remain under pressure and trade with negative Bias. Shorting the banks and bank nifty in near term would be profitable trade.

Smartinvestor : What is the most active put and call option in terms of OI?
 

Navneet Daga : Nifty looking likely supply and resistance zone near 5750.

Navneet Daga : Lots of short buikdup is visible in Capital good and infra space. Bhel after the bad set of results is quite active and strong call writing is visible in strike price of 140 & 150 Zone.

Smartinvestor : How is FIIs activity in the F&O segment?

Navneet Daga : Sharply moving VIX suggesting long options trade quite active from FII side, we have seen FII net buyers on index options side, OTM put of nifty 5500 is quite active in terms of buying.

Smartinvestor : India VIX has spiked to over 20 levels or so. Does this indicate a bear markets ?
