Foreign fund house FID Fund (Mauritius) has reduced its stake in leisure and infrastructure company Country Club India to 7.65 per cent at Rs 5.01 crore through an open market transaction.
The fund house has sold 17.99 lakh shares representing a 2.32 per cent stake in the company, Country Club India said in a disclosure on the BSE.
Prior to the said sell-off, the FID Fund (Mauritius) held 9.97 per cent in the company while now it holds 7.65 per cent or 59.20 lakh shares of Country Club India.
Shares of Country Club India were trading at Rs 29.80, up 0.85 per cent on the BSE.
