FII exposure limit to fall in 32 stocks

 The modifications made in the position limits of foreign institutional investors (FIIs) in the derivatives segment is expected to result in a reduction in arbitrage volumes in illiquid stocks, increase in impact cost, increase in cost of carry, no reduction in concentration risk and reduced hedging, among others.
