The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1462.59 crore in futures and options segments on Tuesday.
According to the data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 249.28 crore, while they bought index options worth Rs 704.42 crore.
They were net buyers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 406.32 crore and bought stock options worth Rs 102.57 crore.
