The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 620.59 crore in futures and options segments on Friday.
According to the data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 498.72 crore, while they bought index options worth Rs 238.61 crore.
They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 124.46 crore and bought stock options worth Rs 7.72 crore.
