The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1,587.48 crore in futures and options segments on Friday.
According to the data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1,230.46 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 254.63 crore.
They were net buyers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 81.37 crore and bought stock options worth Rs 21.02 crore.
