The Centre should use financial institutions to intervene in the markets so that scrips of public sector undertakings (PSUs) are not hammered by foreign institutional investors (FIIs) in the run-up to their disinvestment, Jagdish Shettigar, member, Economic Advisory Council of the Prime Minister, said today.
