FMC`s dabba trading crackdown may lose bite

Under FMC surveillance for erratic volumes  In the three months since the ordinance was passed, FMC, by and large, controlled the commodity futures market efficiently.  Recently, the regulator found Indore-based Premium Global Commodities & Derivatives, a member of the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) and the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), guilty of dabba trading along with Profit Commodity, a local client.  In its preliminary investigation, FMC found that TWS/ODIN DIET (a trading software) allocated to Premium Global Commodities was operational on Profit Commodities
