Franklin MF offloads entire stake in ING Vysya Bank

ING Vysya Bank today said Franklin Templeton MF has offloaded its stake to 2.98 per cent for Rs 4.33 crore through an open-market transaction.

In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, ING Vysya Bank said Franklin Templeton MF has sold 3,95,229 shares worth Rs 4.33 crore in the company.

Franklin Templeton MF, which held 3.37 per cent in ING Vysya, now holds over 30.63 lakh shares representing 2.98 per cent stake in ING Vysya Bank post the sell-off.

Shares of the bank were trading at Rs 112, up 1.68 per cent on the BSE.
