Gains intact; Sensex up 199pts

The Sensex is now up 199 points at 13,381.

ICICI Bank has rallied 4% to Rs 863. Gujarat Ambuja and Reliance Communications have surged around 3.5% each to Rs 139 and Rs 448, respectively.

HDFC, NTPC and Reliance Energy have advanced 3% each to Rs 1,546, Rs 144 and Rs 530, respectively.

Grasim, Bharti Airtel, ONGC and Satyam have moved up over 2% each to Rs 2,674, Rs 612, Rs 806 and Rs 457, respectively.

Hindalco, Larsen & Toubro, Dr.Reddy's, Infosys, ACC, Reliance and Maruti are the other major gainers.

HLL has slipped 1% to Rs 217.

Out of 2,408 stocks traded so far, 1,921 have advanced, 432 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
