The Rs 12,500-crore Gitanjali Gems, one of the largest branded jewellery producers and retailers is aiming to capture the rapidly-growing online market. The company aims to achieve Rs 150 crore worth of business by March 2013 from a negligible Rs 5 crore now. The company has created a separate e-commerce site for each of its existing brands and has tied up with leading online jewellery retailers, such as myntra.com, yebhi.com and jabong.com to tap their customer base.
