GMR Infrastructure rises on Q3 cues

GMR Infrastructure was the sixth best performer in the A group, as it extended its post-results gains and rose by nearly 4.6 per cent to close at Rs 385 on volumes of over 5 lakh shares.
 
On January 24, the company had released its third quarter results, with its top line growing 62 per cent year on year and net profit jumping by 43 per cent.
 
Recently, GMR's subsidiary GMR Energy had signed a memorandum of agreement for implementation, operation and maintenance of 160 mw Talong Hydro Power Project on BOOT basis on Kemeng river in Seppa, Arunachal Pradesh.
