Gram and its dal prices declined up to Rs 25 per quintal on the wholesale pulses market today on slackened demand against adequate stocks.

Elsewhere, other pulses prices continued to trade in a tight range on lack of worthwhile buying activity and settled around previous levels.

Traders said subdued demand against adequate stocks mainly led to decline in gram and its dal prices.

In the national capital, gram lost Rs 20 to Rs 2,555-2,580, while its dal local and best quality were down by Rs 25 each to Rs 2,875-2,890 and Rs 2,975-3,075 per quintal, respectively.
