The stocks of cement companies have risen in the last last three months on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Share price of Birla Corp jumped from Rs 100.75 on July 1, to today's close of Rs 129.40, up 28.43 per cent on the Bombay Stock exchange (BSE).

During the same period the stock price of Deccan Cements shot up from Rs 36.75 to Rs 48.65, up 32.38 per cent as ACC rose from Rs 244.55 to Rs 275.50 up 12.65.

Dalmia Cement (Bharat) increased from Rs 257.50 to Rs 304.00 up 18.05 per cent. Gujarat Ambuja Cement gained from Rs 285.05 to Rs 343.50, up 20.50 per cent. Share price of Mysore Cements gained from Rs 8.52 to Rs 16.00, up 87.79 per cent.

Kakatiya Cements increased from Rs 44.05 to Rs 65.90, up 49.60 per cent. Madras Cements moved up from Rs 663.55 to Rs 868.65, up 30.90 per cent and Mangalam Cement appreciated from Rs 36.50 to Rs 54.85, up 50.27 per cent. Share price of NCL Industries gained from Rs 7.72 to Rs 14.49, up 87.69 per cent. OCL India increased from Rs 311.35 to Rs 370.55, up 19.01 per cent.

Priyadarshini Cement moved up from Rs 9.65 to Rs 13.26, up 37.40 per cent. Prism Cement appreciated from Rs 9.32 to Rs 13.97, up 49.89 per cent. Shree Cement rose from Rs 161 to Rs 200.95, a rise of 24.81 per cent. Sagar Cements rose from Rs 7.94 to Rs 17.52 and Saurashtra Cement from Rs 13.50 to Rs 18.30. India Cements rose from Rs 29.70 to Rs 41.60 up by 40.06 per cent. Gujarat Sidhee Cement rose from Rs 5.49 to Rs 7.16.

Ambuja Cement Eastern rose from Rs 26.70 to Rs 33.60. Chettinad Cement rose from Rs 67.20 to Rs 114.40 up 70.23 per cent. Katwa Udyog witnessed a meagre rise from Rs 2.27 to Rs 2.93. Anjani Portland rose from Rs 4.48 to Rs 5.99 and Andhra Cements from Rs 4.46 to Rs 7.92. Only Somani Cement declined from Rs 4.34 to Rs 2.08.
