The week continued to to remain bouyant for the global and the domestic bullion market with continued uncertainity over the global military situation and also worrisome situation back home due to terrorist attacks.

While price levels were sustained globally, domestic demand improved slightly and the prices also moved up. The domestic gold prices firmed up and the 10 tola bar in Mumbai during the week to a low of Rs 60,800 but ended today at Rs 62,450, higher from previous Friday
