Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd (VSNL) has bought equity in Tata Teleservices at par (Rs 10 per share) even as ICICI Securities , the consultant to the sub-committee looking into the proposed deal, had valued the Tata company at Rs 12.02 per share.
According to the report submitted by ICICI Securities to the sub-committee on Sunday, Tata Teleservices (TTSL) shares have been valued between Rs 11.72 per share and Rs 12.02 per share taking the dilution impact of warrants into consideration. TSSL
