Prices in Mumbai which is the most lucrative cement market in terms of realisations, witnessed a hike of Rs 15 per bag (50 kg) during the last couple of weeks. This has improved sentiments towards large cement companies with dominant shares in the western region of the country. The enthusiasm is also driven by the fact that industry analysts feel that the price hike is sustainable for some time to come. The scrip is expected to attracted lot of attention over the next few weeks.
