India to supply sesame seeds to South Korea

The South Korean Government's tender for procuring 6,731 million tonne of sesame seeds has been awarded to four countries"�Ethiopia, Sudan, Pakistan and India. Indian exporters have clinched a major share in this bid.
 
Out of the 6,731 mt sesame seeds required for the South Korean Government, 3500 mt would be procured from Ethiopia, Sudan and Pakistan, while the remaining 3,231 mt will be procured from India. Out of this 3,731 mt, 2,000 mt would be supplied by Saurashtra-based Amreli Sonpal Exports.
