Indiabulls Housing Finance on Friday said it has raised Rs 2,000 crore by issuing bonds on a private placement basis.
"The company has today (Friday) allotted its sixth tranche of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 2,000 crore," the company said in a regulatory filing.
This is part of the company's Rs 10,000 crore capital raise plan that was announced in June this year.
The securities were allotted with two options-- Rs 500 crore with two years maturity at a coupon rate of 7.45 per cent per annum and Rs 1,500 crore with three years tenure offering an interest of 7.55 per cent per annum.
