Indian ADRs ended mixed on Tuesday. Wipro climbed 1.6% to $14.64. Tata Motors jumped 1% at $28.95.
Meanwhile, Tata Communications slipped 2.2% to $14.09. MTNL dropped 1.2% to $3.11.
