Most of the Indian ADRs ended on a positive note after Wall Street indices scaled to 2011 highs after Ford Motor Company and United Parcel Services Inc. posted upbeat results.
Indian IT ADRs logged gains, Wipro climbed 0.6%, Genpact added 1.3%, TCS zoomed 1%, and Infosys gained 1.2%.
From the auto pack Tata Motors edged up 1%. Among the healthcare space, Dr Reddy's was up 0.9%.
Investors cashed in banking shares, HDFC was up 0.4% and ICICI Bank added 0.8%.
However, India's Telephone service provider MTNL ADR dipped 1.3% and from the metal pack, Sterlite Industries was off 1.2%.
