Indian ADRs end mostly in the green on Wednesday

Technology shares ended higher ahead of Infosys results, the IT bellwether gained 2%, TCS surged 1.3% and Wipro was up marginally up 0.2%. However Patni Computers ended lower for the third consecutive day, down 0.1%.

Investors cashed in banks on bargain hunting for the second session, HDFC Bank rose 4.4% and ICICI Bank was up 3%.

From the metal pack, Sterlite climbed 2.7%. From the pharma space Dr. Reddy slipped 0.6%, and Tata Motors surged 3.3% from the auto sector.

Lastly Genpact was up 1.1% and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd rose 1.3%.
