Indian ADRs rally; VSNL, MTNL zoom

The Dow Jones rallied 104 points to 11,076. The Nasdaq moved up 12 points to 2262. The US crude oil futures for April delivery slipped 51 cents to settle at $59.96 a barrel on the NYMEX.

The Indian ADRs ended with smart gains. While VSNL zomed 7% to $17.39, MTNL soared 6% to $7.34. Infosys ($70.02), Satyam ($39.90), Wipro ($13.96), ICICI Bank ($29.95) and Dr.Reddy's ($29.95) were up 1-2% each.
