Indian ADRs sag; Oil soars 3.5%

The Nikkei is marginally up by six points at 16,495. The Hang Seng, too, is up just six points at 15,778.

The Dow Jones industrail average slipped 47 points to 11,270. The Nasdaq was down three points at 2300. The US light crude for May delivery soared 3.5% ($2.14) to $63.91 a barrel on the NYMEX.

The Indian ADRs ended mostly in red. Dr.Reddy's dropped 2.78% to $31.84. Infosys, Satyam, Wipro and ICICI Bank declined 1-2% each to $73.01, $42, $13.89 and $28.75, respectively. MTNL, however, added 1.2% to $8.45.
