Indo Asian Fusegear back with a premium

Indo Asian Fusegear (India) which was relisted at BSE at a premium closed at Rs 150 after moving upto Rs 162.65 in the intra-day trades. The scrip was relisted at Rs 140 on Monday, after being suspended on June 17, when it had closed at Rs 126.70.
 
The company had gone in for reverse merger with the unlisted group company -Indo Kopp Ltd, for strengthening the group's European ventures.
 
It had announced Rs 50 crore order win from UK for manufacture and supply of low tension circuit protection equipment and mercury-less compact fluorescent lamps.
