Infosys weak on senior officials' exit

The stock slipped to a low of Rs 2,509 and finally settled at Rs 2,526, down 1.5% from its previous close. The counter clcoked volumes of 182,219 shares on the BSE as compared to the two-week daily average traded volumes of 164,010 shares on the BSE. ___________________________________________

Infosys has slipped on news of senior officials exiting the company which in turn could pose as a challenge for the organisation.

The stock opened at Rs 2,558 and then slipped to a low of Rs 2,530. The scrip is now at Rs 2,536, down 1% from its previous close. The counter has clocked volumes of 58,083 shares as compared to the two-week daily average traded volumes of 164,010 shares on the BSE.

Over 100 people, including 20 senior consultants and atleast six Vice Presidents have quit in six months.
