Enthused by renewed optimism among corporate and individual investors in the capital market, Securities and Exchange Board of India Chief U K Sinha has said complaints of manipulation in IPOs had dried after the recent corrective steps. “We are noticing renewed optimism about the economy and the market. On corporates who were not making investments, my impression is they have started looking at making investments once again,” Sinha said.
