Shares of IRB Infrastructure were up over 1% at Rs 234 on the Bombay Stock Exchange after the company said that capital market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has registered its infrastructure investment trust IRB InvIT Fund.
The company in a release said that Sebi has granted the certificate of registration in terms of Regulation 6 of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (Regulations) to IRB InvIT Fund to which the Company is a Sponsor.
The stock opened at Rs 230 and touched a high of Rs 234. At 10:10am, over 276,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
