ITC, Reliance GDRs gain

 The gainers were ITC (up 2.39 per cent to $21), L&T (up 1.08 per cent to $18.70) and Reliance (up 0.41 per cent to $24.40). The losers were Ranbaxy (down 7.35 per cent to $22.70 and Bajaj Auto (down 0.29 per cent to $20.51).

 The ISDI ended down 1.66 per cent to 910.49 on Wednesday and was trading at a price to earnings ratio of 17.94 (down 1.72 per cent from 18.25 previously).

 On November 05, two of the eight ISDI American Depository Receipts advanced. The gainers were VSNL (up 1.41 per cent to $5.76) and MTNL (up 0.38 per cent to $5.30).

 The top losers were HDFC Bank (down 5.68 per cent to $23.90), Satyam Computers (down 3.94 per cent to $20.94) and Dr Reddy
